The UFC Vegas 69 main card featured a light heavyweight clash between William Knight and Marcin Prachnio. With Knight packing explosive knockout power and Prachnio’s strong kicking game, the matchup had all the promises of a barnburner.
However, the fight failed to live up to its expectations as Knight put on one of the most lackluster performances in UFC history. ‘Knightmare’ landed a total of 8 significant strikes over the course of three rounds in a fight that never hit the ground.
Meanwhile, Prachnio went on to decimate Knight’s lead leg with vicious kicks, maintaining his calm throughout instead of rushing in for a finish. While ‘Knightmare’ was initially lazy with his output, he wasn’t left with much of a choice as his lead leg was chopped away midway through the fight.
