Derek Chisora, who faced Tyson Fury and lost by TKO last December, gives his opinion on Francis Ngannou’s training images.
Derek Chisora is the last boxer to face Tyson Fury suffering a 10th round TKO defeat. He lost to the ‘Gipsy King’ for the third time in as many clashes. After watching the training videos of Francis Ngannou, who is expected to face Tyson Fury on October 28, Chisora gave a strong opinion on this boxing fight (via Boxing Social).
“John Fury said it. If he throws punches like that, he’s going to get crushed. And you know what, Tyson is going to come out now and knock him out, because he has a big fight coming up in December. »
After the broadcast of images of Francis Ngannou’s Open workout, Tyson Fury’s father declared:
“I just saw Francis Ngannou and Mike Tyson and this so-called trainer (who) put on the protections; I saw the open training session. I hope he’s joking and playing cat and mouse. I hope it’s a joke and meant to be funny because if it’s not, he doesn’t stand a chance. He has no chance of getting out of this. He will not make it out of the first round. »
“This will probably be Tyson’s quickest knockout. But you know what ? It has to be kidology, that. It has to be complete games because if that’s what he’s got, well, God help him, he’ll be blown to smithereens. That’s all I’m saying, buddy. It’s embarassing. If this is what he can do in a public training session, don’t bother doing a public training session. It’s a shame. »

Ngannou departed the mixed martial arts leader at the start of this year after failing to secure a number of contractual terms, one of which was the freedom to cross over into pugilism.
Fortunately for “The Predator,” he’s found that under the banner of the Professional Fighters League, with the Cameroonian set to lace the boxing gloves before appearing in the PFL’s SmartCage next year.

And Ngannou will jump straight into the deep end on October 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where WBC Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury will await him.
Given his opponent’s credentials, the ex-UFC star isn’t being given a chance of victory by most in the combat sports community. And his recent open workout in Las Vegas has only added to the doubt held by many.
