Morocco’s Zakaria El Jamari hopes to make a comeback at ONE Fight Night 25 after his most recent defeat at ONE Championship.
In his fourth bout at ONE Championship, El Jamari will face undefeated Colombian Muay Thai star Johan Estupinan in a strawweight Muay Thai contest.
The 34-year-old most recently suffered a disappointing first-round knockout defeat at the hands of Thailand’s Aliff Sor Dechapan.
Before that loss, the Moroccan athlete had secured a big, hard-fought win against Thongpoon PK Saenchai via unanimous decision back in May.
El Jamari faces a difficult test against the in-form Estupinan who owns a clean 25-0 overall record and has picked up three wins since joining the martial arts organization.
The 22-year-old Colombian defeated Sean Climaco via second-round TKO, Zafer Sayik via unanimous decision, and Kouta Omori via knockout (KO).
ONE Fight Night 25, which kicks off at 3:00 AM Mecca on Saturday, 5 October in the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, will be broadcast live via beIN SPORTS in MENA.
