Kiamran Nabati clinched the biggest win of his career against Muay Thai legend Nong-O Hama at ONE Championship event ONE Friday Fights 81.
Nabati earned a hard-fought unanimous decision win against the former ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai world champion at Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium.
After the veteran started the bout well, targeting Nabati with dangerous left kicks to the body, the latter reclaimed control and wobbled the Thai legend with a sharp left jab.
In the second round, the surging Russian landed spinning kicks and body shots while Nong-O kept the pressure on with body shots. In the third round, the two continued their intense battle, exchanging knees in the clinch while Nabati hit accurate one-two counters.
With this win, Nabati moves to 4-0 in ONE Championship and takes his unblemished overall professional record to 22-0.
