The first face to face! In two days, Kamaru Usman and Khamzat Chimaev will face off at middleweight in the co-main event of UFC 294 (discover the event card, times and how to watch it here). Originally, ‘Borz’ was scheduled to face Paulo Costa, but the Brazilian was not cleared to fight by doctors due to an elbow injury. Never refusing challenges, Kamaru Usman accepted the fight in short notice. The Nigerian has a lot to gain. Indeed, Dana White announced that the winner would get the next middleweight title shot. Khamzat said he was going to finish ‘Nigerian Nightmare’.
