Roman Kryklia Defeats Lyndon Knowles to Retain ONE Heavyweight Muay Thai World Title

Roman Kryklia defended his ONE Heavyweight Muay Thai world championship by beating Lyndon Knowles at ONE Fight Night 30.

Kryklia defended his Muay Thai gold for the first time as he continued his winning run in ONE Championship, raising his promotional record to 7-0.

The Ukrainian dominated the matchup from the start, using boxing combinations and landing big punches early, scoring his first knockdown with a huge knee strike up the middle followed by a clean left hook.

With Knowles visibly shaken, Kryklia struck with a straight right that sent Knowles down for the count just 2:10 into the first round.

With this win, Kryklia raised his overall professional record to 51-7.
