Ramadan Ondash Prepared to Beat Chartpayak This Friday, Eyes ONE Championship Contract
Lebanese Muay Thai star Ramadan Ondash is finalizing his preparations ahead of his exciting bout against the in-form Chartpayak Saksatoon at ONE Friday Fights 114 on Friday, June 27.
Ondash will face Chartpayak in a strawweight Muay Thai contest where the winner may be rewarded a big contract to join ONE Championship’s roster of international martial artists.
Ahead of the fight, Ondash is ready to showcase his skills as he aims to improve his clean record at ONE Friday Fights to 4-0.
“I have prepared well for this fight, and I am ready. On 27 June, you will see that inside the ring,” he said.
“You will see my game plan inside the ring. I will show my fight skills in the ring, and I hope that the Thai fans will enjoy this fight a lot,” he added.
“The Scorpion” had opened his account at ONE Friday Fights with a dominant first-round knockout win over YangdamJitmuangnon before picking up two equally impressive victories over Pichitchai PK Saenchai and Kongchai Chanaidonmueang.
Ahead of his fourth Muay Thai bout in ONE Championship’s weekly fight series, the 18-year-old Lebanese fighter insists he is not obsessed about knocking out his opponent but is rather focused on picking up a pivotal win that could bring him closer to earning the coveted contract.
“I hope it finishes via KO. But I am not searching for the knockout. I want to give a good performance for the crowd and to show who Ramadan Ondash is and my fighting style,” Ondash said.
Ondash and Chartpayak will clash at ONE Friday Fights 114 which kicks off this Friday, June 27 at 3:30 p.m. Mecca and will be broadcast live via beIN SPORTS 1 in the MENA region.
