ONE Championship: Danial Williams vs Banma Duoji in Flyweight MMA
Danial Williams and Banma Duoji will face each other in a Flyweight MMA bout at ONE Championship’s event ONE Fight Night 25.
Williams, who owns an overall martial arts record of 30-13, hopes to bounce back with a win after suffering four consecutive defeats, most recently losing to Lito Adiwang via unanimous decision.
However, the 31-year-old Thai-Australian fighter, who previously challenged for the ONE Strawweight and Flyweight Kickboxing world titles, won three out of four of his MMA bouts in ONE Championship and owns a 6-3 overall MMA record.
Meanwhile, Duoji hopes to make it two wins in a row against Williams after picking up an impressive win against Brazilian veteran Walter Goncalves.
The 27-year-old Chinese fighter, who had lost on his ONE debut to Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke via a second-round TKO, owns a 1-1 promotional record and an overall MMA record of 15-2.
ONE Fight Night 25 kicks off at 3:00 AM Mecca on Saturday, October 5 and will be broadcast live on beIN SPORTS.
