Morocco’s Ayoub El Khadraoui Wins on ONE Debut by TKO

Moroccan Muay Thai athlete Ayoub El Khadraoui picked up an impressive ONE debut win at weekly fight series’ latest installment ONE Friday Fights 113.

El Khadraoui put in an excellent, attacking performance in a 71.2 Kg Muay Thai contest and left Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium with a much-deserved win against Japan’s Kaisei Sato.

The 20-year-old Moroccan battered Sato with boxing combinations and cut his Japanese opponent with a right elbow strike in the first round.

In the second round, El Khadraoui continuously targeted Sato’s injured forehead before landing a right hook that dropped his Japanese counterpart onto the canvas.

When the Japanese fighter stood up again, El Khadraoui pressed forward, dropping Sato again with a powerful left hook. The Moroccan struck with another left hook, knocking down his Japanese opponent for the third time.

After knocking down Sato three times, El Khadraoui secured a technical knockout (TKO) victory at 0:30 of the second round – a win that raises his overall professional record to 9-1.
