Morocco’s rising Muay Thai star Abdelali Zahidi is set to make his debut at ONE Championship’s weekly fight series ONE Friday Fights this Friday.
Zahidi will face Myanmar’s young star Tun Min Aung in a catchweight (71.6 Kg) Muay Thai contest at ONE Friday Fights 88 on Friday, November 22.
Despite his young age, Zahidi is a decorated star and has most recently won gold at the International Federation of Muaythai Associations U-23 championship.
Zahidi is also a two-time African champion and two-time Arab champion as well as a multiple-time Morocco champion.
However, Zahidi faces a difficult test against Myanmar’s Tun Min Aung. The 18-year-old, who owns a 43-1 overall record, is keen to build on his momentum having recovered from a debut loss to capture a TKO win in his latest fight back in July.
ONE Friday Fights 88 kicks off at 3:30 PM Mecca on Friday, November 22, and will be broadcast live via beIN SPORTS.
