Fighting star Mohamed Boutsaa will compete in a kickboxing match on Friday against a Turkish fighter during the ONE Friday Fights 35 show.
Boutsaa is one of four Moroccan fighters who participated in the ONE Friday Fights series alongside Elias El Nahchi, Mohamed Hanoun and Wael Karmi.
Botesa faces his Turkish counterpart, Furkan Karabakh, in a kickboxing match in the featherweight category inside the “Lumpini” Boxing Stadium in the show, which begins at 3:30 on Friday afternoon and is broadcast live on “BeIN Sports” and the “ONE Championship” channel on The YouTube.
He is looking forward to achieving his second victory in the “One” Championship and regaining his confidence after suffering two successive defeats at the hands of the Thai Sitchai Setsongpinong and the rising Iranian star Mohammad Siasarani, and to improve his overall professional record of 15-2. Boutsaa had opened his score in the “One” Championship with an impressive victory over his veteran Georgian counterpart, Davit Kiria.
On Friday, the 24-year-old Moroccan will meet his Turkish counterpart, who is a year older than him. Karabakh won one of two fights he has fought since joining the One Championship, and has an overall professional record of 26-7.
The confrontation between Boutasma and Karabakh in the kickboxing category in the featherweight category is being fought within the 35th edition of the weekly ONE Friday Fights series held by the “ONE” Championship in Bangkok, Thailand. The show includes fights in Muay Thai, kickboxing and mixed martial arts.
