Saturday night at UFC London didn’t go as Morgan Charrière had hoped. He suffered a defeat against England’s Nathaniel Wood in the opening bout of the main card, disappointing French fans who were eager to see him secure a second consecutive victory.
🔹 Round 1: Charrière took a heavy shot that sent him to the ground, but despite Wood’s dominance, the Frenchman managed to reverse the position and finish the round on top.
🔹 Round 2: Charrière struggled under Wood’s pressure and took significant damage from his opponent’s striking. However, he remained focused and held on.
🔹 Round 3: Wood controlled the center of the octagon, forcing Charrière to retreat. The Frenchman attempted to adjust his pace in the final moments, but it wasn’t enough.
After three rounds, the judges declared Nathaniel Wood the winner by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27), halting Charrière’s momentum toward another UFC victory.
