Majid Karimi Analyzes Kaenpitak Ahead of their ONE Friday Fights 108 Clash

Iran’s Majid Karimi discussed his upcoming Muay Thai matchup against Thailand’s Kaenpitak NhongBangsai at ONE Championship show ONE Friday Fights 108 this Friday.

Karimi will face Kaenpitak in a catchweight (55.33 Kg) Muay Thai contest on Friday, May 6, and the Iranian is scouting his opponent closely ahead of a matchup he needs to win.

Despite opening his ONE account with an impressive second-round knockout victory, the 28-year-old suffered two consecutive defeats in his most recent bouts.

Learning from his past defeats, Karimi is vowing to overpower Kaenpitak and knock him out, despite that his Thai opponent, who owns a 2-0 record at ONE Friday Fights and a 48-18 overall professional record, will be no pushover.

“I have watched his matches. He is a good fighter. His strengths are his clinch and kicks, and his weakness is that his punches are predictable,” Karimi said.

ONE Friday Fights 108 kicks off at 3:30 PM Mecca this Friday, May 16 and will be broadcast live via beIN SPORTS and watch.onefc.com.
