Joaquin Buckley’s prediction for Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler at UFC 303

Joaquin Buckley Predicts Conor McGregor Knockout Win At UFC 303
Buckley’s call out of McGregor was centred around how he will be fighting Michael Chandler up at welterweight in his long-awaited return at UFC 303.
After calling for “The Notorious” to take on a true welterweight instead, he does believe that the Irishman holds the advantage on June 29.

Buckley weighed in with his thoughts on the fight during a recent interview with MiddleEasy.

His prediction was that McGregor will be able to stop Chandler on the feet which is where he expects this fight to play out based on Chandler’s prior comments.

McGregor vs. Chandler: Joaquin Buckley’s prediction

Recently, Conor McGregor was spotted drunk at a nightclub. Videos circulated on social networks, and worried fans. What if the ‘Notorious’ took his return lightly? The current number 11 in the UFC welterweights, Joaquin Buckley, remains confident for the Irishman. He gave his opinion on the McGregor vs. Chandler during an interview with MiddleEasy.

“Conor looks fresh, he looks cool, he looks sober (laughs) before this fight. Michael Chandler has always been a hard worker, but I feel like technique for technique, on the feet… and Michael Chandler acting like he’s not going to wrestle, he’s going to stand with Conor McGregor. If he decides to do it, I can see Conor McGregor spinning it around. Like a vinyl record, you hear me.”

On May 11, Joaquin Buckley won a unanimous decision victory over Nursulton Ruziboev. After his victory, the American called out Conor McGregor. He even insulted the former two-time UFC champion. Who knows, maybe the two men will settle scores in the octagon in the future.
