Headlining next month’s monumental UFC 300 card, former undisputed light heavyweight champion, Jamahal Hill has vowed to land a stoppage win over incumbent division titleholder, Alex Pereira – claiming the judges sat cageside can just go home before the headliner starts.
Jamahall Hill, former light heavyweight champion and the first product of Dana White’s Contender Series to win a UFC title, has been sidelined since striking gold in January of last year , scoring a unanimous decision victory over Glover Teixeira, Pereira’s training partner and close friend. He gave up his light heavyweight crown after rupturing his Achilles tendon this summer. Hill witnessed Pereira’s second-round TKO victory over another former champion, Jiri Prochazka, to win the vacant title in November at Madison Square Garden. He even sent her a message after the fight.

Questioning Sao Paulo knockout artist Pereira’s ability to score a dominant victory over his opponent, Jamahal Hill vows that judges will not interfere in the outcome of his fight against the former two-time champion. Glory, next month at UFC 300.

Himself eyeing a quick victory in his return next month, GLORY Kickboxing Hall of Fame star Pereira is scheduled to headline UFC 301 just 21 days later in his homeland of Brazil. In a stunning return to Rio de Janeiro, reports claim that Alex Pereira has reached a deal with the organization that would allow him to make a quick return if he dispatches Hill early in the fight.
