Jake Paul laid out his plans for the future after comfortably defeating Nate Diaz by decision on Saturday night.
In his return to the ring after suffering his first professional defeat against Tommy Fury in February, Paul faced former UFC title challenger Diaz at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.

Diaz would enjoy sporadic moments of success, but Paul remained the most active fighter throughout the ten rounds, picking up his seventh win as a pro in the process.
After getting his hand raised, the outspoken social media star reignited his long-running feud with Conor McGregor, but indicated that he was not interested in facing the Irishman at this time.
Instead, the 26-year-old set his sights on a $10million rematch with Diaz in MMA, and targeted a showdown with pound-for-pound great Canelo Alvarez for his next fight inside the ring.
‘I don’t care about that guy.’ Paul said when asked about facing McGregor.
‘He needs to go to rehab. I want Nate in MMA. I want more professional boxers and I want Canelo.’

A rematch with Diaz inside the cage is plausible. Paul signed a multi-year deal with the PFL earlier this year, combining his future career as a special attraction inside the cage with a role of ‘head of fighter advocacy’ in the promotion.
‘I wanna run it back in MMA,’ Paul told DAZN after defeating Diaz. ‘There’s an offer of $10m PFL (Professional Fighting League).
‘Let’s run it back in MMA – make it fair. I won one, now it’s your chance in home territory – let’s do it.’
Diaz, 38, outlined his desire to take up the offer as he said: ‘Yeah, let’s do it. I want to try and do it.
Outside of his striking experience it is unknown whether Paul has any MMA training, though he does have some experience grappling emanating from his days competing as an amateur wrestler in high school.
Meanwhile Saturday night did not mark the first time that Paul had stated his ambition to eventually take on four-weight world champion Canelo inside the ring.
