One-armed British fighter Jake Peacock is set to compete in ONE Championship’s US event ONE 169: Atlanta in the morning hours of Saturday, November 9 in the MENA region.
Peacock faces Japanese striker Shinji Suzuki in a bantamweight Muay Thai contest at State Farm Arena in Atlanta in the highly anticipated event which is headlined by three world title fights.
Born without his right forearm, Peacock is an inspirational athlete who dominated the Canadian Muay Thai scene before winning a Rod to ONE tournament and earning his ONE Championship contract.
On his ONE debut back in April, the 31-year-old overwhelmed Japanese star Kohei Shinjo en route to a dominant decision victory.
Peacock faces a big test in his next fight against Suzuki who had scored a decision win against former ONE world title challenger Han Zi Hao.
