“It was really surreal. It was really cool to meet Mike in person and get to observe him and see his work ethic,” Nicksick said. “He is intense and you understand why he was the type of fighter he was. The workouts we did and hearing his voice, his boxing ideologies. »
“Obviously (Mike) Tyson and Francis have very different body types, with Tyson trying to go more inside and use a lot of his power. With that in mind, we want to go inside, do things with body work, listen to Mike and the ways he talks about,” Nicksick continued. “It was so fun to watch what was happening.
