During CAF Awards in Marrakech, Francis Ngannou explained his new vision of English boxing without ambitions for world belts. Questioned by Canal+ Sport Afrique, the previous UFC champion who turned to boxing said he no longer intends to vacuum the titles.

He said happily, “I’m going to harvest a small amount of money and then go home. At the age of 37, he realized that he is approaching professional retirement. He just wants to have fun while continuing to take up challenges in the rings.
After fulfilling his contractual obligation towards the PFL League by 2024, he will be able to continue his career in boxing. His motivation is now only focused on offering fans fascinating clashes rather than an excessive ambition.
