Turkish star Alibeg Rasulov will challenge Christian Lee for the ONE Lightweight MMA world title in the main event of ONE Fight Night 26.
Rasulov dominated Ok Rae Yoon on his ONE Championship debut, defeating the former divisional world champion via unanimous decision.
The 31-year-old’s impressive victory proved Rasulov pushed his overall professional record to 14-0, showed he is an elite fighter, and won him a deserved shot at Lee’s belt.
Meanwhile, Lee makes his long-awaited return to ONE Championship to defend one of his two MMA championship belts.
The 26-year-old Singaporean-American, who is champion at both lightweight and welterweight, had taken a long time off following the tragic death of his youngest sister, Victoria.
“The Warrior”, who owns a 17-4 record with 16 finishes, returns to defend his lightweight crown in December.
ONE Fight Night 26: Lee vs Rasulov kicks off at 4:00 am Mecca on Saturday, December 7 and will be broadcast live via beIN SPORTS.
