Algeria’s Muay Thai star Mohamed Younes Rabah faces his third test in ONE Championship at the martial arts organization’s upcoming show ONE 169, which kicks off in the morning hours of Saturday, November 9.
Rabah will look to return to winning ways when he locks horns with American counterpart Eddie Abasolo in an intriguing featherweight Muay Thai contest.
Rabah entered ONE Championship with a clean professional record (13-0) and picked up an impressive win on his debut against former world title challenger Saemapetch Fairtex before losing to the same opponent in his second promotional bout.
Now, Rabah aims to leave Bangkok’s iconic Lumpinee Stadium with a victory that improves his overall record from 14-1.
On the other hand, Abasolo has struggled for consistency since joining ONE Championship, suffering three losses in four bouts. Despite his poor promotional record, his defeats came against formidable opponents, and he has put in good, exciting performances.
ONE 169 will be headlined by a world title clash in which three-division MMA champion Anatoly Malykhin defends his ONE Heavyweight MMA world title against Senegal’s Oumar “Reug Reug” Kane.
