Why Legend Anissa Meksen’s Bout Against Japan’s Kana Is the Biggest of Her Career

Kickboxing legend Anissa Meksen faces a must-win clash against Kana Morimoto this Friday at ONE Championship event ONE Friday Fights 92.

Ahead of her atomweight bout against the promotional newcomer, Meksen is on a mission to arrest her uncharacteristic recent slump in form.

The 36-year-old lost her last two fights against Phetjeeja and Jackie Buntan, failing to capture the atomweight and strawweight kickboxing belts.

The legendary kickboxing star is in uncharted territories as she has been on the winning side for most of her glittering career.

Meksen owns a 103-7 overall professional record and has collected accolades from reputable organizations, including Glory, WAKO, WMF, ISKA, and others.

Despite her recent difficulties, the kickboxing veteran will be confident of leaning on her winning mentality and world-class fighting skills to turn the tide.

ONE Friday Fights 92 kicks off at 3:30 PM Mecca and will be broadcast live via beIN SPORTS.
