Alibeg Rasulov Expects to Beat Christian Lee at ONE Fight Night 26

Alibeg Rasulov is looking to claim the ONE Lightweight MMA world champion in his second ONE Championship bout at ONE Fight Night 26.

The undefeated Turkish fighter intends to keep his clean record when he challenges the returning two-division MMA champion Christian Lee in the morning hours of this Saturday.

“I have a zero-loss record, and losing is not in my plans,” Rasulov said.

Rasulov faces a huge task to dethrone the Singaporean-American who owns a record of 17-4 with 16 wins coming via finishes.

Despite the defending champion’s credentials, the Turkish star is confident his gas tank and wrestling skills would overwhelm the champion inside Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium.

“I think that Christian Lee has not yet met an opponent like me. My wrestling is better than his. I will force my wrestling on him. He has had a long layoff, and I think he will get tired more than me. I just have to force my game on him,” Rasulov said.

“Of course, I’m aiming for that belt, and he’s going to have a really hard time in this fight,” he added.

ONE Fight Night 26: Lee vs Rasulov kicks off at 4:30 AM Mecca this Saturday, December 7 and will be broadcast live via beIN SPORTS.
