Gautier was visibly shaken and went down, leaving the Russian no time to allow him to recover.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kopylov immediately followed him to the canvas and unleashed a series of ground strikes before the referee stepped in and stopped the fight.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Everything was over in the first round.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">For Gautier, the defeat was more than an early ending to a single fight. It was his first loss since joining the UFC, coming in his sixth appearance for the promotion.
