This key institutional meeting focused on reviewing the outcomes of three consecutive sporting seasons (2022\u20132023, 2023\u20132024 and 2024\u20132025) while setting the leadership framework for the federation\u2019s next strategic phase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4719\" data-end=\"5088\">The assembly was attended by presidents and representatives of all legally affiliated regional associations, alongside officials from the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports and the Moroccan National Olympic Committee. The strong institutional presence underscored the federation\u2019s commitment to regulatory compliance, transparency and good governance.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"5090\" data-end=\"5147\"><strong data-start=\"5094\" data-end=\"5147\">Assessing achievements amid structural challenges<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"5149\" data-end=\"5560\">The proceedings were chaired by the acting president of the federation, Mr. Abdelilah Bouzidi Idrissi, who highlighted the progress achieved by Moroccan kickboxing and muay thai at African, Arab and international levels. Issues related to structural consolidation, governance efficiency and sustainable development were openly addressed. The unanimous approval of these reports reflects broad confidence in the work accomplished, while acknowledging the scale of the reforms still required.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6060\" data-end=\"6109\"><strong data-start=\"6064\" data-end=\"6109\">A carefully managed leadership transition<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6111\" data-end=\"6457\">On the electoral front, Mr. Khalid Kandili was elected as the new president of the federation, in a climate of broad consensus. His election signals a carefully managed transition, balancing institutional continuity with the need to modernize administrative and technical management practices in a rapidly evolving global combat sports landscape.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6459\" data-end=\"6842\">Mr. Idriss Hilali, Honorary President of the Federation and newly appointed Director General, stressed the importance of collective alignment behind the federation\u2019s future project. He called for full support of the new leadership to enable a shift from day-to-day management toward long-term strategic planning focused on training, professionalization and human capital development.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6844\" data-end=\"6905\"><strong data-start=\"6848\" data-end=\"6905\">Institutional recognition and a message of continuity<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6907\" data-end=\"7276\">The General Assembly concluded with symbolic moments of recognition, including a tribute to Mr. Abdelilah Bouzidi Idrissi for his dedication during his interim mandate.
