Earlier this week, the Association of Boxing Commissions (ABC) approved a rule change making such elbows legal in the future. If I beat him, I want the UFC belt. Let me know if Stipe Miocic retires. I\u2019d take the fight on short notice, but remember he\u2019s already lost to me.]\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hamill has fought in the octagon 15 times, winning 10 of those bouts. \u201cThe Hammer\u201d has not competed in the UFC since his loss to Thiago Silva at UFC Fight Night 29 almost 11 years ago.
