The Frenchman became welterweight champion at ARES FC by submitting Godofredo Pepey, then defended his title by defeating veteran Karl Amoussou by TKO. Subsequently, he moved up to middleweight, where he became champion by making a huge comeback in the 5th round against Rafal Haratyk. While he was behind in points against an opponent more imposing than him, Abdoul submitted the Pole thanks to a flash of genius in the final seconds.
